Many of the pieces that I hand craft with are African imports or rare finds. Slight inconsistencies may exist that give handcrafted pieces uniqueness.  

Orders are shipped within 3-7 days to the US only, through USPS priority mail or Fedex. You will be notified once item(s) are shipped and a tracking number will be provided. 

Sacred Bijou Soraparu will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Items will be mailed in secured packaging to prevent damage during shipping. 

Currently, Sacred Bijou Soraparu does not accept refunds or offer returns. Under limited circumstances an exchange may be provided. 

Before an exchange is provided, items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Shipping cost are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your items. If an exchange is approved, you will be charged the difference on exchanges made of higher value.
